She’s a standard size chicken. Bigger and my leghorns but smaller them by cuckoo marans. She’s 24 wks so hopefully she’ll be laying soon. She’s definitely interesting looking! She looks like an Ayam Cemani cross. Is she a standard sized chicken? She looks to be fairly small. My guess is she will lay a white or cream colored egg. Just a guess though.
She came from alchemist farms in California. The breeder told me she’s their version of an Easter egger pretty much but she looks so weird I was curious what she may be! She doesn’t have either of those breeds for sale.Where did you get her? I agree that she looks like she got her fibro genes from an Ayam Cemani or Svart Hona parentage. Any shade of brown or white for her eggs would be my guess as well.

She actually does sell silkies! I guess I never gave that a thought because the normal comb and no extra toe.Interesting! Well, the seller usually does know best, and it would definitely be cool if she does end up laying Easter eggs. She could have inherited the fibro gene from a silkie parentage as well, especially if the hatchery carries those

Once I figure out what color egg she’s laying I’ll be sure to update!I’d imagine it’s quite far back in the lineage, or possibly derived from a satin strain (if they carry those) that wasn’t already pure. Either way, you’ve got a gorgeous bird! Please update us when she lays
