    these were bought at TSC. They are girls and they both have fuzzy feet. let me know what you think... I am hoping for blue eggs. Will I get them??

    I don't think you'll get blue eggs from them. Easter Eggers don't usually have feathered feet (I dont think) and their legs are usually greenish.

    Really cute chicks though!

    My guess is that chick #1 is a cochin. Chick #2 looks to be a buff brahma.
    Pretty brown eggs and sometimes pink ones from the brahmas, but no blue eggs sorry.
    ETA: I can't see it well from your pics, but if #1s a cochin the foot feathing will be on most of the legs, only on the outside of the brahma's legs.

    Yup, number 1 is a black cochin... I have four of them right now!

    I was hoping for some, too! Americaunas have light brownigh or greenish legs most of the time and have big poofy cheeks. I have a couple of chicks that are silver and white with poofy cheeks and darker legs that I'm hoping are some type of easter-egger - it's this one:

    Did your TSC have any like this? Also Americaunas have clean legs, not feathered.
