Gonna buy this coop anything that raises concerns, I’m not paying this much a neighbor will sell it to me new in box

Disregarding the number of stars, the reviews weren't that great. Some of the issues purchasers had:
-hard to clean
-inadequate roosts
-poor overall quality
-broken pieces upon arrival
-locks don't work properly
-inadequate ventilation

Guess I'd have to say...buyer beware.

If anyone has ever purchased one of these 'ready to assemble and use' kits and found that it WAS well-made and adequate I have not seen it on any forum. HAS anyone ever done so? Seeing as I have not, I wouldn't contemplate using one. To me, sounds like more trouble than it's worth. If you aren't spending much, and are ok with doing a lot of work to reinforce, patch, and so on...it might be ok as a starting point.

I only plan on getting 3 chickens but breed unknown still I plan on getting very winter hardy birds leaving sort of close to Chicago, if they’re good handle cold do I have to lock them up?

I highly recommend painting it, too. As a general rule, these kit coops are of very poor, or at least very erratic, quality. They're pretty on the box and when you first put them up, but they don't weather the elements - or predators - very well. My honest opinion is, unless you get it dirt cheap and reinforce it as you go, save your money and do it yourself.

"OVERALL DIMENSIONS: 43.25" L x 36.25" W x 49.50" H"

It's tiny.
Those dimensions show that the coop itself, not including the nests, is only 24" wide.
Barely enough room for a roost....interior is conveniently not shown in ad.

It might work for a few birds, for a few months.
But plan to spend the summer building a larger coop...winter is brutal in ChiTown.
My birds spent the last week inside the coop because of the wicked weather.
