I thought your brown chick looked a little light to be an SS. The Australorp and BJG chicks look a lot alike though!

How old are your babies?

They are mostly 16 days but the dark Easter Egger was born a day early so he/she is 17 days old. Maybe in 4 weeks i can get a better idea of gender! Can’t wait until they get big and start laying. We only have 1 chicken left from our last flock and she is 6 years old. So hoping we can get they others integrated in with her.

I know! I just noticed it the other dayshe never would let me pick her up. Lol. But since i hatched my chicks it’s like she knows. She will now walk right on up and let me hold her

The Barred Rock is certainly a young cockerel. Nothing else stands out so far as obviously male versus female characteristics.
