I'd put some puppy pads in the cage to help absorb droppings from overnight. Clean the cage with a mild vinegar/water solution.

Yes, that's loose poop, but a lot depends on how much the bird has been drinking, what the diet is, etc.
How is the bird acting - is he/she active, eating/drinking, moving about and acting normal?

i fed him pellets

yes my chicken do really eat a lot
yes he still eat and drink

Give him plain boiled white rice to eat for a few days, make sure it has cooled down for him to eat. It should settle his innards and stop the diarrhea. Good luck.
