I have BO hens and EE roo

Do you think the chicks of this combination would lay brown or green eggs?

Brown eggs. The buff orps being the hens they are going to determine the color of the eggs, not the roo.

What do ya think the babies would look like ? still the gold coloring or would it be kind of a muddle mix ?

Your chickens are very pretty. I'm no genetics expert, not even a chicken expert. My guess would be that most of the resulting chicks would be a mixture of the two; with some chicks leaning more towards the hen's coloring and some more towards the roo's. You may get a few that are delightful to look at when all the colors will seem to fall into place in a way that looks just perfect.
