I broke the handle on my cheapo egg basket. I'm shopping for a new one. Since chicken keeping is my not so cheap hobby, I'm looking for something unique to use when gathering my eggs.
I'm leaning towards a "God's Eye" Amish style basket.
Just for fun, here is an egg picture.
What do you use? Pictures are very welcome!

I got wire baskets from dollar tree several years ago.
So far no rust, denting or breakage. They are easy to clean. I set the whole basket in the sink while I wash eggs under running hot water. That means they get wet often.

My shirt pocket pouch I make by holding the bottom of my shirt.:oops:
Lol. I do too. I've broken several that way.
I also pushed the gate closed with my hip once and broke 3 eggs in my jacket pocket. :rolleyes:
@featherhead007 show us your artwork!

That's exactly like the one I broke!

WOW! I have had these over 7 years now.
Mine was only two or three years old. I guess they don't make them like they used to, or I'm just rough on them. The handle was loose when I bought it, but I liked it.
