Put the stuff under their wings and rub it on their forhead. I am sure there is a specific dosage for adding it to the water (plastic ),but I am not gettin' out of bed to find out what it is.
I just squirt some in the dish of the waterer. They drink, and it gets on their beak,and in their nostrils. Sweet relief!
