I meant as soon as I come home from work or errands, when I am wearing what I call my 'civilian clothes'. As soon as I am out of the real world, its fluffy pink pajama pants time.

HAha who know we could create a whole new fashion outlet!! My lovely outfit to the chook pen would be my underwear and bare feet

( and yes we live right on the corner near the road but as long as Im comfy who cares right??)... nothing like the feeling of chook poo between your toes

MInd you when i call out in my highest voice "heeeeeeeeerrrrrrrreeeeeeeeee chook chook chook chook chookieeeeeeeees" and they all come sprinting untill i am surrounded it gives me the slightest inclination that i am the chicken messiah, but who knows??

Me too but yoga pants...

I don't have a coop yet, but if I did I would wear:

1. Long sweatpants "old ones"
2. Gumboots for chicken poop
3. A old jacket or BYC sweatshirt
4. A shirt of choice but preffably old

But I do frequently feed in barefeet. Hubby HATES when I do this

(he was a city boy LOL) and unless it's ubber muddy I don't put on my boots. He says my boots stink so I have to wash my feet when I come in either way....

Same here!

Me, too. In fact, the only constant in my chicken coop attire is my muck boots. Other than that I wear my jammies, nightgowns or just my bathrobe. The neighbors already think I'm eccentric and the chickens don't care so I'm not all that worried!
