What does Chocolate and Splash look like in a chick?

Looks good now. I have 7 hens, I think 4 are splash and 3 are blue.

Of course, I could be unlucky and end up with all boys.

The main purpose of this thread wasn't to get the "numbers", but to see if anyone had any pictures of mauve/chocolate splash chicks. If more than 6-8 of the 30 some eggs that the two broodies are incubating hatch, I want to sell some but make sure I keep the chocolate girls.

Thanks! I'll be looking for that.

I'm assuming a Chocolate Splash would have an even more dilute look than the Mauve would. So it might be harder to see the "chocolate" with the splash down color.

Looking at this pic of the chicks that hatched earlier, I'm not really seeing any signs of chocolate. I'll have to get a good look at all the babies once the hatch is complete.

I got out and looked at the chicks closely today, and I think at least one of the Splash chicks is a chocolate splash. She has a good bit of smuttiness about the face that isn't blue tinged. I'll have to take pictures!
