BF is in the running for a few jobs at a large software company - this current round involves a "paper and pencil skills assessment". The jobs (he is trying for three open positions) are 1. Technical Writer, 2. Proposal Writer, and 3. Project Manager. I'm thinking it's most likely some editing and spelling 'quizzes' and the like - what do you all think?
