The fox says theres a crazy lady and a really big dog chasin' me!
I was outside doing some chores today, and that little jerk snuck right up on a couple of my new hens! When he snatched one up and headed in to the woods, me and my dog followed. One way or another, dead or alive, I was getting that hen back. And just about any critter is hard pressed to out run my Doberman. She caught up to that little so and so and he dropped my hen. When I went to collect her, thinking she was gone, she popped up and hauled butt back to the coop. She's looking a little ragged, but she's pecking through the grass right now.
Chicken owner: 1, Fox: 0.
I've got my gun waiting on the porch if he wants to come back and try it again....
