I'm not talking about fighting. I am talking about the term used often in the Breeds section. What is the technical definition of "sport"?

Thanks. I have seen the term pop up several times recently and am curious as the the definition.

    Thanks a bunch,

Any other color than the color they supposed to have. Sometimes it is a genetic freak that somewhere in the bird's background, a color just popped up.

Thats my defination of sport as in Sport Faverolles which the color is so much darker and even they may have purebred blood in them but the color is wild looking.

Oh okay. So say someone comes up with a Buff Sumatra(which are only suppose to come in Black and Blue) would that be a Sport Sumatra? How would you label that? Buff Sport Sumatra, Sport Sumatra, Buff Sumatra Sport? LOL I'm not trying to be difficult, just want to understand it. LOL

I would hate to use it "wrong" and confuse someone or just look plain ignorant. haha
