What does this little arrow mean

Notice the 2nd and 3rd thread. I've come across this a few times and am just wondering what it means...duplicate that was deleted would be my first guess. Am I correct?

It means the thread has been moved, and what you are seeing is an indication of the "thread redirect" from the original thread location, to the new one.
