what does this poop mean

it's probably nothing to worry about but even so I wanted a second opinion. my 2 yr old austrolorp has been having weird poops and the only other problem she has is nasty looking feathers. she doesnt have mites or anything I think she just over pretend or eats her feathers. her feathers look frayed and it's worse on the tail feathers and flight feathers. the flight feathers barely have any feather just the weird barb thing.

shes already molted once before how often do they molt

Adult birds normally molt once a year. Usually late summer or fall, but it can vary greatly. I have some that molt much earlier in the spring/summer and some will molt in the mid of winter.
