What does your dream coop have?

Huge, walk in, with enough space to separate two broodies from eachother and the main flock. I'm thinking a moderately sized shed.
Small predator proof run with roof sturdy enough to hold our 2' of compressed snow.
Automatic coop door on a timer with solar panels.
Solar panel powered heated waterer for winter.
PVC gravity feeders I can fill from the outside and cap at night.
External nest boxes that are secure but easy to collect from.
