Sorry I'm here again, but I couldn't help myself. I just noticed they are all standing around your BBQ grill. That is just too funny,lol

Hehehe, you noticed that, did ya? They love that grill, silly girls. And Beekissed, my house is actually very small-the wrap porch makes it look much larger than it is. I have about 1100 sq ft plus 800 sf in the mostly unfinished bsmt.

You just have to love a big porch! Mine is dreadfully small. I like em wide and long, with comfortable swings and rockers. I think a good porch makes a house...sort of like the smile on the face of a house. I often see these elaborate, expensive homes with just a little stoop over the entranceway. They are not inviting one in at all. Funny how one gets a feeling about a house, isn't it?

you guys, all the greenery makes me miss the south so much. i have to find a way to visit humid swampland once a year just to complain and see the neverending greenness. here, in the southwest my chickens and goats and such actually eat the tumbleweeds from my front yard.

Speckled, was that a clematis on your porch? Its huge!!!! And oh, so lovely! I, too, like the way your hens are huddled around the grill....almost begging you to utilize it to full effect....
