What Dust can I use?

I have one chick that takes dust baths in the shavings.
I want to get her some dirt or sand so she can actually TAKE a dust bath. Can I just use the same stuff that you can buy for Chinchillas?

Or is there and "Chicken Dust" I can buy for them?

Yes... I have spoiled chicks.

Dirt, sand, DE, pine shavings...don't buy anything, just get a shovel and a box top.

Do chicks even need to take a dust bath? I've always made them wait until they are permanently transfer to the coop.

Think how itchy they must be with all those feathers coming in. If nothing else, it gives them something to do.

I was thinking the same thing, if nothing else, it hilarious to watch! Who cares if they NEED it, because it sure does make them happy!
