Toysrus carries that first style of playhouse for 349.00... They also have a bayberry playhouse for 249.00.

Keep in mind you have to assemble and put in a treated floor on the new ones..

If you decide to purchase the used playhouse you can paint it with a good quality exterior latex paint or stain it and seal with clear coating.

The 2nd coop you posted is cute but not worth that much money.... good luck on your decision
