What else should I give him?

Poop is normal. He actually pooped on me when I was holding him.
Vets around us are closed.

Have you tried contacting any of these vets? We have already established that your bird is most likely sick, if the underlying cause is not figured out soon your bird may pass. He really needs to see a vet.

I have a little update. Excuse my phone's autocorrect. The nutri-drench perked him up a bit. He's still puffed up but he's a lot more perked than when I first went out. I'm currently waiting for him to poop again but I will be sure to post the photo once I get one
