I'm new to incubating. Yesterday on Day 20, a chick put a dent/crack in the top of the egg. But there is no hole and the membrane has not been opened. Is this a Pip? There has been no more progress since that happened yesterday around noon. But I did hear the chick cheep in there this morning. I'm going nuts-- shouldn't it be needing to open the hole??
