What feed should I give my chickens?

I have 1 rooster and 3 hens, all about a 2 years old. it's getting colder here in Florida and their not laying so what feed should I be using instead of layer.

Chick Starter for now and then once we get closer to spring start slowly switch to the layer feed.

People on here really like Purina Flock Raiser and Nutrena All-Flock. I can only find the Purina in a crumble, and the Nutrena in a pellet (if that matters for you). My girls STRONGLY prefer the Nutrena All-Flock. Both are 20% protein with no extra calcium.
