what for and when should I treat my chickens with vaccines and wormers

what are the most common things we should treat our chickens for on a regular basis? please name what we are to treat for and what to use and how long not to eat the eggs afterwards. or a good link for this.

It can vary depending on your location. I vaccinate all chicks for Marek's.

I went to one of my feed stores this past week and my friend who owns it was picking on me wanting to know if I had given them wormer, a vaccine for this and that trying to get me to buy something! so I am looking for information on it before I buy
