Asian Black from TSC, about 5-6 weeks.
And idea on gender

Not much help but here’s a pic of my AB pullet when she was around 5/6 weeks old. (Back in Sept).

ETA: I would watch for possible saddle feathers on bird #1.
I think #2 is def a pullet.
