What gender? 5 week old RIR

This is nugget. I am hoping that she is a she and not a he. What do you think?

Hm. I'm going to go with a boy. Five weeks seems to be the key age I've noticed when waddles and combs start really developing on my chickens. In a week take another photo and compare and if you see a big change then you know you definitely have a boy. Looks like my boy did though when I first started letting him outdoors.

Thanks for your responses. I'll try to get a picture of the legs tomorrow. This is my only RIR so I don't really have anyone else to compare it to. I have 2 Barred Rocks and 2 Tetra Tints and this little one (who happens to be my favorite.) Very friendly and is the youngest of my flock. I'll post more pictures tomorrow.

I look forward to seeing your next picture of your RIR! I have six RIR and I'm worried that I have 3 baby roos. I love them all and I don't want to have to rehome.
