It looks like a buff orp X RIR. The pic is not clear to tell if it is a rooster or hen. The age would be helpful.

I agree with Jody. The legs are not RIR, but the color isn't Buff Orp, although it certainly looks like a cross of the two because I have one of them.

I'd be more concerned of whats going on with i'ts left eye, I't appears to be swollen, And from the looks of the shoulder, I'ts been wiping its eye on it, Is the eye runny?
