What gender and breed??

Can anyone please tell me what type of geese these are and gender?

White Chinese. The male will have a larger knot on his head than the female. I can't tell from the pictures. VERY AGGRESSIVE BREED, however if raised properly they often prefer human company than other geese. They are great watch dogs and will let you know if there is trouble around!

Thank You, I will try get a better photo of them. Not sure the age but we must be lucky they are quite good, I can pat one of them and we can hand feed both.

Here a some better photo's of the geese if anyone can tell the gender. They are not keen on having their photo's taken

This one on the bill the black was all over but now is coming off anyone got any ideas?
