What gender and color is this silkie?

I am thinking splash or grey, but I am not sure, and I have no idea as to the gender. It is 8 weeks old. Any guesses?

Blue or splash; too young to tell gender; I've had PQ tiny crested girls look like that as chicks (as well as boys); comb looks on hte largish side, though. Streamers are more off the neck than the top of the head.
