What GENDER are my 6 week old Chickens? THANK YOU!

I have 6 chickens who are 6 weeks old (the easter egger is 7-8 weeks old). I hatched 4 of them, and bought 2 of them. Can anyone help me figure out the boys from the girls? Thank You!

The second Orp is a cockerel, everyone else looks pullet-ish.

Thanks for your help. I figured since the 2 orpingtons, and the 2 australorps look so different from each other, that one of each of them must be a roo.

Just curious, are you deciding based on comb size and color? Does the rate at which the feathers grow in give any indication? Thanks again!

I agree, only the second Orpington is a cockerel (based on comb size/reddness).

That's great! I thought I would be losing one of the australorps as well. I hope you are right!

Lots of folks put more stock in rate of feathering than I do. My personal indicators are comb, coloring and to some extent leg thickness and stance, although stance is tricky in a still photo.

The Orp with the larger comb and waddles appearing is a definite cockerel. The rest look like pullets to me.
