What gender are my chickens?

This is what I meant by partridge pattern: (pullet)

And this is a cockerel: (notice splotchy coloration)
I know what you meant by partridge and I know how to tell the differences between males and females. I breed easter egger and have raised them for years. I was saying females can come in more than just a partridge type coloring, but always have an overall pattern.I have seen them in a ton of different colors black and white, all white, all black, white and red, silver and black, brown and blue, lavendar and brown, and so on.
For example her is a pullet I used to have(notice she isnt partridge although she does have the black neck feathers going on)
