what gender are these 2 brahma chickens?

They should be around 5 months old now. Hope someone can see what gender they are as i´m not supposed to have roosters. The person i bought them from wants to trade them but then i need to know for sure and as fast as possible. I think the first one is a cockerel as he has those colored feathers in front of his tail. I think the second as well but they´re only just starting to grow.

#1 is a cockerel. #2 looks to be a pullet, but I'm not sure. Need better pics in natural light would be best.

I agree, although in the fourth picture of the second Brahma, I almost feel like I see a single, pointed saddle feather.

yes, that's why i also thought it is a male. I went to the person i bought them from and he thought they are both female but he admitted not knowing for sure.
