What gender are these bantam mixes?

Hi everyone! Out of all of the bantam mixed chick I got, I am stumped on these two! They are 7 months old and act more like a pullet than a little roo. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

At 7 months old they are both pullets. They look to be Gold Laced and Silver Laced bantam Cochins.
