What gender are these chickens

Can anyone tell me if these are hens or roosters

What breed are they? In some breeds, the females have fairly large combs, they do look like roos, but with combs and wattles that red, if they are girls, you'd know it, cuz you'd probably have eggs...

They are dudes. Not only their combs and wattles give them away, but their tail and pointed hackles.
