Well, i dont see a distinct drake feather, which should be visible pretty soon. Are all of them quacking? Or is anyone sounding raspy?

The drake feathers don't generally start showing till 4-6 months. Right now you should start hearing quacking from the females and quiet raspy noises from the males.
