What gender are these?

I don't have Polish, so I don't know. But others will want to know age to help determine gender.

the darker one looks like a female~and yes how old is the silver laced one

I think the silver laced is a boy~it looks like the crest is all disheveled so I am thinking boy. I don't own any polish either so am not sure. Most boys have pointy feathers in their saddles too but maybe not on polish.

They are 8 months.

i own/breed polish bantams, I cant tell from that picture about the silver laced, the dark one is a pullet though. Polish do have hackles and saddles, my hens often have a crest like that when they are molting or if their head feathers get plucked. I would need a better picture, but a male would generally have saddles and hackles already, but from this picture i would say female.
