What gender/breed of chicken is this?

Anyone have any ideas. I'm told one thing, but i'm not sure its heading in that direction. It has 4 toes, feathers on feet. Just thought i'd put it to the BYC'rs t figure it out. Thanks for your help

No idea on breed, so my guess for pullet is out of left field

faverolle bantam..? should have 5 toes... but it's bearded, white legs... hmmmm.. hatchery quality?

Faverolle roo. Probably hatchery stock with the 4 toes.
