I honestly can not say with any certainty based on the photos shown. Side views of each, clearly showing combs would be helpful. Looks like you have two frizzle and one regular cochin.

pekin is the same as cochin (they are called cochin in the US)
Cute chicks! I can see silkie in the black one.
