What gender is my baby Kombutcha?

Hi guys! This is my 17 week old chicken Kombutcha. I can’t tell if she is a hen or a roo. She hasn’t crowed or gotten on top of the ladies but her tail is a little suspicious. What gender do you think she is?

So Kombucha still hasn’t crowed or gotten on top of my ladies. She/ he is almost 21 weeks old now. Are Easter Egger late bloomers or is she a hen? We may have gotten a new egg but don’t know if it is her.
