What gender is my Blue Ameraucana?

Hi everyone!

On March 17 I hatched out this cutie. I hatched out another Blue Ameraucana, and I’m 99% sure that one is a male. He has the three row comb that is red, has those rooster tail feathers coming in, and acts like a rooster. This other Blue Ameraucana doesn’t have a three row pea comb, and has a more rounded tail. I’m hoping it’s a pullet

I am guessing the first one is likely to be a pullet- however wait 3 more weeks for another round of guesses with recent pics then.
