What gender is my chicken? I have uploaded pics of the vent.. HELP.. chicken newbie!!!

I just got four 3 month old black orpington bantam chickens... the man who we got them from thinks they're all hens but just to make sure I have uploaded a picture of one of the chickens where i wasn't sure of the gender.. so i have a couple pictures of his/her vent.. anyone who could help me find out if this is a hen or a rooster would be great!! (We are not allowed to roosters in our neighborhood.. just hens)

You cannot vent sex a chicken after the first few days of life. If the ages are correct, they look like girls to me.

They all look like pullets to me. Some just get red wattles and combs earlier than others. In my light brahmas, two pullets got red in theirs waaay before the other 3. I questioned whether they were roos up til they were 11 weeks!

All are pullets, only trained professionals can vent-sex a chick and a chick can only be vent-sexed the 1st or 2nd day after hatched.
