What gender is my frizzle

It's 3 weeks old about and just wondering if it's a boy or a girl and what like breed of frizzle its mom was a brown just frizzle do hen

Looks like a pullet for now, but it is too young to be sure.

Agreed, too young to say for sure. I have some 8 week old black frizzles and 2 started getting very red combs about 3 weeks ago which are almost certainly roos. But some roos can take a little longer to tell.
