What gender is my peacock/peahen?

I call my peacock/peahen a she but I'm not sure.... "she" has small spurs coming in and sometimes puts "her" fan up when around my chickens so it makes me wonder if "she" is a "she" at all.... can females display their fan to and get spurs? "She" is about a year old now and doesn't have any blue/green color anywhere except on the back of the neck. "She" is a black shoulder. Any ideas on gender? Excuse the emu head and feed strung everywhere in pics lol.
