What gender is this silkie?

It looks like a little lady to me. I have a few silkies. The males usually stand taller and have the obvious thick comb. And the streamers of course.

Age? It looks like a cockerel to me, but knowing the bird’s age will help confirm. It’s a bit difficult to tell from the picture but I think there are streamers coming from the crest. Very pretty bird.
