Sooo, this is quite the pickle for me lol.
My Silkies are all around a yr old now. And up until a week ago I thought my silkie Apricot was a female. Until, I heard her/him crowing and saw it.
Now here is the puzzling part, I have had only one blue silkie male who is noticeably larger than my females. Well, Apricot is the exact same size as my females. But, all my females have small combs and apricot’s is right in the middle of being large and small. So here is a picture of my silkie roo and frizzle roo
And now Apricot
As you can see in the second photo she is behind my silkie male and is so much smaller than him. And she/he is the same size as my frizzle and silkie hens.
So please tell me if she is a she or a he?? Because I’m totally confused
