What gender is this 11-week old white leghorn?

Hi! I have an 11week old white leghorn that I got from a private breeder. I was told it was a pullet but it and one of my other chickens from the same breeder have started crowing (this one less than the other but I’ve seen it crow a couple times) and seems like it may have longer saddle feathers? Thanks!

It's a male. Leghorns have big combs, male or female, but 11 weeks is young to be that red. Pullets tend to only turn red at point of lay, before that their combs are pale to pinkish.

Wrong shank color, wrong lobe color, incorrect comb, not a typical Leghorn build.....
