What gender is this 11-week old white leghorn?

Hi! I have an 11week old white leghorn that I got from a private breeder. I was told it was a pullet but it and one of my other chickens from the same breeder have started crowing (this one less than the other but I’ve seen it crow a couple times) and seems like it may have longer saddle feathers? Thanks!

I think its a cockerel. I think I see pointed saddle feathers

I’m pretty sure it’s a cockerel too especially with the bright red comb and the saddle feathers. But @The Moonshiner would know for sure.

It’s a cockerel and not even a Leghorn with its modified pea comb and pink legs. Appears to be a mixed breed and no specific breed
