Hard to tell. Could be a RIR. It also looks a bit like my Buckeye chicks, especially with that dark tip on the beak called horn color. If so, lucky you! But I can't imagine a hatchery sending one of those as your "surprise" chick (if that's how you ordered). Post more pics when it gets older! Very cute.

Orange legs not sure about comb doesn’t have much of one maybe pea comb
