What Gender is This Chick?

Hello, I’m wondering what gender this chick is. She/he is about 3 and a half weeks old. When she/he hatched I wing sexed the chicks and my guess is female. Some of the other chicks from the same hatch have red in their crests already.

It looks a bit too young. I would wait another 2 weeks!

I am not 100% sure because the person I got the eggs from has multiple roosters and hens of different breeds.
