What gender is this chicken?

I'm wondering if anyone could confirm the gender of this chicken, plus any guesses as to its breed (definitely a mix, by the way) would be great!
S/he's a few months old, about 3 months? I'd say a hen, as her feathers aren't pointed on her neck or tail like a rooster, plus her head too..doesn't look like a rooster. However, I don't know if any of those signs don't develop until the chicken is older?
Plus, s/he has an interesting colour...Black with gold edging on most of his/her feathers. Any guesses as to what breeds could be in him/her?

By 'black sex linked' what do you mean? I know what sex-linked is, and obviously she's black, lol..But is that why she has the gold on her also?

HEN YES black sexlink no black sex link have red/gold on there neck and chest not there shoulders ex what you have is a pritty mutt hen
