IMG_0779.JPG IMG_0777.JPG IMG_0778.JPG IMG_0776.JPG is this a rooster. 6 months old. no crowing or egglaying

He is with one mature roo and two cockles the same age. tthanks for the help

This is more than likely why he is not crowing. In general boys can live quite harmoniously in all male groups.
As he is a polish who are in general always at the bottom of the pecking order the mature roo and likely the other cockerel's are dominating him. This will likely keep him quiet so he does not look like he trying to take control from the other boys. Even in all male groups they still have a pecking order.

Thanks again!

This is a for-sure cockerel. there and 3 main great examples on how I know such as the comb. The comb (If it were a hen) Would be much more globe like. Males ten to have more smushed looking crested that droop to the side. the other two would be the top tail feather how its longer then the rest and curved like that and of course the pointy hackle feather just at the base of the tail.
